Expect a reply within two working days. Malaysian time, so if you write from Europe or the Americas the answer usually lands overnight.
What to include in a bug report
Conversions run on your own device, which means we cannot see what went wrong from our side. There are no server logs to check, because there is no server doing the work. So the detail you give us is genuinely all we have.
- Which converter page you were on.
- Your browser and whether you were on a phone or a computer.
- What you expected and what actually happened.
- Roughly how large the file was and how many you dropped in.
Please do not email us the file itself. We do not want a copy, and the whole point of the site is that we never receive one.
Requesting a format
Adding a converter is usually a small change, so ask. The limit is what browsers can decode on their own. If your browser can display a format, we can almost certainly convert it.
